Light workers as a collective have endured so much transformation over this past couple of years. We have experienced yet another dark-night-of-the-soul. An excruciating period of learning and experiencing, one that breaks us and rebuilds us. It removes us from toxic places, people and cycles. We awaken to our true selves, birthed afresh and heading in a completely different life trajectory. My favourite expression this year is, ‘when you stop being a people pleaser, people stop being pleased with you’. I feel it’s so fitting for the boundaries that we are so strongly setting with those around us. The themes resurfacing in the current collective, strongly relate to past lived experiences, connecting to persecution. It doesn’t matter how it’s circumstantially dressed itself up this time, the result is still the same. We are being called home to our true nature, our authentic selves and we are being broken down and threatened for walking on our golden path. The test of endurance to stand up and be strong in the face of adversity, is palpable. When we go through a dark period of human learning, the test is not, ‘how hard we fight’ but how softly we remember who we are, and choose to embody love. To be soft does not mean we are weak. It means we are resilient enough to walk away from things that no longer serve us, set appropriate boundaries and keep our hearts open for what’s truly meant for us. Speak up, even if your voice shakes. When you step into your re-remembered power, it’s your duty to stand up to bullies, prejudice and perpetrators. Call out, and hold abusers accountable. Shine a light on the true narrative, not the curated bullshit they show the world. It’s easy to shy away from confrontation, that’s the old story. Light casts shadow. The brighter you shine, the more you show up their darkness for all others to see. You don’t know who you are protecting in the future by healing this, now. You can apply this mentality and way of living in any situation, throughout many layers of society. From political systems to who you allow in your circle. When we are deep in the learning and experiencing phase, we often forget how strong and powerful we are. The rebirth and the re-remembering is potent. The expression, ‘it never rains but it pours’ seems to have set the tone for me this year. I have seen some of the darkest moments of my life, where ‘continuing’ or being strong have been my only options. The funny thing about this experience though, is that, I have been surrounded by rainbows every step of the way. I work very closely with Rainbow Light Frequency during healings. It helps to restore, rejuvenate and bring balance. Rainbows can also be likened with Glimmers and when sent by your Guides, can represent immense protection and right timing. They indicate that you are connected with your higher self and are on the right path, no matter how hard that path may currently be. I have also noticed new Guides stepping in for me during this incredibly difficult time. Many Light Workers are experiencing a Second Ascension, coupled with a Dark Night Of The Soul. A period of transformative inner work, shifting the collective into a much higher state, shining a light on any density we continue to hold in our emotional bodies and energy fields. My new Guide is a fierce Native American warrior. The thing that stood out for me the most when I noticed him step into my energy field to speak with me, is that he didn’t have hair. He has a shaved head with a small patch of hair at the back that was thread braided with feathers in. He had two strong black stripes across his face, covering his eyes. He was tall, stealthy, sweaty and incredibly protective. Mohawk warriors used to cut their hair in various ways to make their scalps more desirable to bounty hunters. They valued the length of hair for its strength, spirituality and power. It was an in your face, bold move daring bounty hunters to seek their scalps. It was a distinction and a way to protect women and children. The name ‘Mohawk’ comes from a name their enemies gave them, meaning “man-eaters.” Implying that they were fierce warriors. Apart from decorative purposes, the body paint colours and symbols they used were mainly utilised during wars to convey secret messages to the other members of the tribe. Each colour and symbol had its own significance. They believed that the designs that they painted had certain magical powers that would protect them. Black symbolised “living” and was considered to be an aggressive colour. It was painted on the face to prepare for war. It signified strength and also that the warrior had proved himself in the battle. Rainbows are formed when light from the sun is scattered by water droplets through a process called refraction. Refraction occurs when the light from the sun changes direction when passing through a medium denser than air, such as a raindrop. I love the idea that during this Piscean watery, emotional time, my Guides are showing me how to look at my blackness and density differently. Looking to the future, it’s difficult to comprehend what’s in store for 2024. For the past year, my guides have kept me so bloody in the dark, it’s infuriating! I don’t know where I’m going, or what my future looks like because there are so many emerging pathways. All I know is how I don’t want to feel. My whole life I have been a people pleaser, making sure that everyone is taken care of and that their emotions are met, forsaking my own. 2023, nearly killed me, it was my hardest year on the planet so far, and I have seen some shit. I refuse to feel like that anymore and I will move the fuck away from anyone who tries to put me in a position which forces me to step out of my own way. This means making incredibly difficult or life changing decisions, but enough is enough. My New Year’s ‘let them’ philosophy is entirely inclusive of letting people be hurt, angry or disappointed in me. I’m so tired of being a peace keeper and letting people sit in a ‘drivers seat’ when they are taking us nowhere but in circles. I came to this planet to bring light, frolic in nature and lift the collective. I’ll be fucking damned if i’m trapped in an energy frequency that is beneath me anymore. It’s not in my nature to come to my platform with fire in my belly, but I know for damn sure that so many of you are following me because you resonate. This year, is my ‘Let Them’ year! A powerful reclamation of self. 🔥🌕 🦄 Empaths are the most loving and giving creatures.
