BOOKING AND PAYMENTS​

 

- All services must be purchased prior to the appointment to lock in the booking. 

- The Wild Healer does not accept cash on the day.

- Once you have locked in your session, confirmation receipts and address or video conferencing details will automatically be sent to you.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at thewildhealer.com. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

 

SERVICE REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

 

- You are welcome to reschedule your appointment but kindly give more than 24hours notice, you cannot amend your appointment time after this period.

- If you need to cancel your appointment you must do so with more than 24hours notice. Refunds will not be given after this time.

- Bookings that are made within 24hours of your appointment time are not eligible for cancellation refund.

- Services are non-transferable.

- Refunds will not be given if you need to cancel a rescheduled appointment.

- Those who fail to show up to their appointment are not entitled to a refund.

- Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed.

 

ONLINE STORE

ONLINE PRODUCT DISPLAY

The Wild Healer has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of the products that appear in the Online Store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or hand held device’s display of any colour will be accurate.

 

 

NOT HAPPY WITH ITEMS RECEIVED 

 

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your items received please contact us at: thewildhealer@mail.com

You are asked to please include photos of the items you have received along with a snap of your packing slip.

 

 

CHANGE OF MIND

 

If your order is yet to be shipped and you would like to add items or switch out one of your items for another please contact us as soon as possible on the email address listed above or via our contact us page. We are able to edit your order prior to shipping and invoice for any price differences.

 

If you have received your order and have changed your mind about the product, please note we are not obligated to provide a return or refund according to Fair Trading Policy. 

 

RETURNS POLICY

 

All order issues must be brought to our attention within 30 days of purchase or 14 days of you receiving your order based on the date of delivery as per AusPost tracking records.

 

You will be required to return the products in a safe and secure manner, as how you have received them. Upon The Wild Healer receiving the items, we will process your return and refund your original postage fee.

 

Please note that the customer is liable for the return postage costs of items that were ordered incorrectly.

 

 

MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS

 

If you have unwrapped your parcel and find an item or items are incorrect or are missing from your order, please double check all your wrapping and packing slip. Sometimes smaller items can hide in the paper and packaging.

 

Once you have double checked everything and you still have an issue, please contact us at: thewildhealer@mail.com

You are asked to please include photos of any incorrect items you have received along with a snap of your packing slip.

 

If you have received the wrong item we will send out the correct item ASAP at no additional cost to the customer. We will also advise what you need to do with the incorrect item that you received.

 

If for any reason the item you originally ordered is unavailable we will provide a replacement of the same or similar item with your consent. If a similar item is not available, we will provide one to equal value of your choice, a refund or a store credit.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

 

If an item you have received has arrived damaged or is found to be faulty, please contact us at: thewildhealer@mail.com

 

You will be required to return the products in a safe and secure manner, as how you have received them. Upon The Wild Healer receiving the item, we will process your return and refund your original postage fee.

 

We will provide a replacement of the same or similar item. If a similar item is not available, we will provide one to equal value, a refund or a store credit.

RETURNED TO SENDER

 

If your parcel is returned to us due to any of the following reasons, we will contact you to organise to ship your item again at an additional cost to you.

 

REASONS FOR “RETURN TO SENDER”

- incorrect/incomplete address

- failure to pick up from your local post office within their time frame

 

UNCLAIMED RETURNS

 

Items that have been returned to us for the above reasons will be held for a period of 30 days. If we have not received any response from the customer and they remain unclaimed after that time, the order will void and no refund will be processed.

 

Events

EVENT REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

- All tickets must be purchased prior to the event.

- Tickets will not be available at the door.

- Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance.

- If you need to cancel your ticket you must do so with more than 24hours notice. Refunds will not be given after this time.

- Tickets are not transferable to any other event.

 

Medical Waiver Agreement

I understand that if I am pregnant, taking any medications or have any serious health conditions, that I must inform The Wild Healer and consult a medical Practitioner for guidance before attending an event.

By taking part in an event, I understand I am doing so at my own risk and agree to take full responsibility for myself, stepping out or stopping if I need to.

 

General Terms

GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Wild Healer reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

The Wild Healer reserves the right to refuse any order you place with us.

 

ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

The Wild Healer is not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

 

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICES AND PRICES

Prices for The Wild Healer’s products are subject to change without notice.

The Wild Healer reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

The Wild Healer shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
